- Return Policy

New merchandise can be returned within 15 days if it’s unopened and in the factory sealed package. We will refund the cost of the items, but not shipping and handling charges. You will be required to pay the cost of returning the item.

Defective video game consoles will be replaced with another copy of the same exact item only within 30 days after original purchase. If we don’t have another copy of the defective item, store credit will be issued in the amount of the item. After 30 days, terms and conditions of manufacturer’s warranty will be applied.

No refunds or exchanges will be given on any merchandise that has been misused.

We do not accept returns of digital content purchases (e.g. Xbox live subscription codes).

- Shipping Policies

All orders will be processed within 24 hours after receiving payments. Hours of operation are 9:00AM to 5:00PM PST Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next business day.

We can only ship to the buyer’s confirmed paypal shipping address.

We will not be processing or shipping orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
